About Donna

For 20+ years, Donna's been a vocal champion for modern elders, embracing different roles at different stages of her own journey, including:

• DAUGHTER, helping her own parents navigate aging challenges.
   

• INNOVATOR, launching Retirepreneur to help professionals make a smooth segue from full-time job to part-time gig, doing work they enjoy.
   

• ADVOCATE, supporting civic and nonprofit leaders as they assess age 60+ needs and determine best pathways to promote happy and healthy aging.

Now, having completed three successful years as a Del Mar Encore Fellow with The Dayton Foundation, Donna's designing her own next life chapter: Age Well Dayton (AWD).
